Job title: Counselor
Department: Operations
Reports To: Centre Manager
Responsibilities:
• Counsel patients on the infertility treatment options
• Educate patients about infertility treatment costs and help them make informed financial decisions.
• Life style modification related counselling.
• Explain about the Bajaj finance, liquid loans etc if the patient has affordability issue • Follow up with patients.
• MIS & reporting.
• Support the work of other healthcare professionals in the organization.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients throughout their fertility journey.
• Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time
• Travel across locations of the organization from time to time on a need basis.
Skills & Qualification
• BAMS, BUMS, BHMS Degree
• 3+ years of experience in financial counseling
• Strong understanding of infertility and its impact on individuals and relationships
• Strong clinical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
