Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The Counselor will be responsible for providing quality education guidance to students, assisting with admissions processes, offering visa consultancy services, and supporting clients in their journey towards studying abroad. The Counselor will also interact with students and parents to ensure a smooth and efficient process from consultation to successful admission.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Experience with admission processes and visa consultancy
• Ability to provide quality education guidance and support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for communication and record-keeping
• Relevant experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
