We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Counselling Trainee. This is a 100% remote role.

This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in counselling.

Please note that we are not hiring experienced sales professionals for this position — we’re looking for fresh energy and a willingness to learn.

You’ll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decision-makers, and doing persistent follow-ups to help guide prospects through our courses.

This is not a cold-calling role, but it requires strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.

Responsibilities :

•Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.

•Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively.

•Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.

Compensation, Perks & Training :

Training Period: 45–90 days (online)

Stipend during training: ₹10,000 INR + Up to ₹15,000 incentives from Week #3

Post-Training (Upon successful completion):

Full-time Salary: ₹40,000 INR per month + Up to ₹25,000 incentives
