Position Overview:

We are looking for *dedicated, confident, and empathetic professionals* to handle student *enquiries from across the world* . The role involves explaining our *unique teaching methods* , program features, and ensuring every potential student experiences a *professional yet human touch* while interacting with our academy.

Work Timings (Shift Options):

1:00 PM – 9:00 PM — *Office Shift*

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM — *Office Shift*

10:00 PM – 5:00 AM — *Work from Home*

Key Responsibilities:

Attend *domestic* and *international student enquiries* via phone, WhatsApp, and online meetings.

Explain Sheetal Academy’s *method of teaching, course structure, and success stories* in a clear and inspiring manner.

Convert highly positive leads (already 90–100% inclined) into successful admissions with warmth and integrity.

Maintain *honest communication* — no false promises, no exaggerations, and no artificial commitments.

Ensure every interaction reflects the *prestige and values of Sheetal Academy.*

Coordinate with the academic team to schedule demo sessions and follow-ups.

Provide regular reports and feedback to management regarding enquiry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent *communication* skills in English; knowledge of *Arabic or Urdu* will be an advantage.

Pleasant personality with a *genuine human touch* in communication.

Strong understanding of *spoken English learning* *needs* of students from various countries.

Confident, patient, and empathetic listener.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Meet, or Zoom.

Prior experience in *education counselling, tele-counselling* , or *student relationship management* preferred.

Compensation:

*Salary no bar* — *depends upon the caliber* , *communication skill* , and *experience of the candidate* .

Work Location: 704, Surya House, Opposite RN Gandhi School, Vidyavihar East 400077.

Flexible – Online or Office-based (depending on region and candidate profile).
