Job Description

As a Counseling Psychologist, your role will involve ensuring strategic alignment of the training department, developing proposals, and strategies for implementation. You will be evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure that the training meets the required needs. Your responsibilities will also include developing training modules that can effectively target desired results and implementing purposeful training methods. Additionally, you will be managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver training. It will be your responsibility to create a floating team to organize workshops and training sessions with the help of the manager. Key Responsibilities: - Training and Supervision of Assistant Psychologists - Conducting Research - Providing remedial sessions and evaluating, designing IEPs, and monitoring the progress of clients in academic areas - Providing psychological counseling to help clients set goals and create action plans to adjust in personal, social, and educational settings - Identifying and referring cases to Clinical Psychologists for clinical assessments & interventions - Supporting and providing content for promotional material Qualifications Required: - MA/ M.Sc in Psychology - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience In this role, you will be working full-time in a day shift at the in-person work location.
