Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Female)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Female Customer Care Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer support through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Achieve set targets for customer satisfaction and productivity

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service / call center / BPO
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools preferred)
• Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude
• Must be Female candidate based in or willing to travel to Gurugram
