We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide information about products/services, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products or services.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction.
  • Follow up with customers when necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Polite and professional behavior.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
