Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in month-end close activities in coordination with the Costing and Plant Finance teams.
Review and release standard costs; propose revisions in case of abnormal variances.
Conduct usage variance analysis for Bill of Materials (BOM) vs. actuals.
Provide actionable recommendations to leadership for improvements based on variance trends.
Drive variance analysis on costing and lead actions to mitigate differences.
Evaluate and validate cost savings proposals from cost reduction projects across departments.
Analyze inventory aging and recommend effective actions to leadership.

Preferred Educational Qualifications:

MBA (Finance) / CWA / CA / CIMA

Experience & Skills Required:

35 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with finance systems such as AFO and SAP.
Strong understanding of plant-related metrics and relevant experience in supply chain functions.
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
