Cost Manager Electrical

In this role, you will: - Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims transparently - Resolve commercial, change orders, and contract issues promptly and fairly - Assist in preparing and agreeing on final accounts, ensuring the client receives the best value from the works undertaken - Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments - Possess experience in OFCI and vendor procurement - Support nimble project management and clear decisions through thorough cost documentation and timely communication - Actively participate in the tender/bid process, from initial documentation to analysis and reporting - Oversee project spend by generating valuations and cost reports, effectively communicating variations to your team You should apply if you: - Hold a degree or have comparable experience in cost management or construction discipline - Are chartered or on the path to completion (specific charter assistance available) - Are willing to travel for short periods to meet with clients, partners, and team - Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on diverse projects - Thrive in a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your priorities and deadlines effectively All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
