POSITION: Cost Manager Civil and Interior

DEPARTMENT: Cost Management

Position Purpose

Cost Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

- Education:

  • Bachelors degree in BTech/BE Civil
  • Relevant certifications in

    Quantity Surveying or Cost Management

    will be an added advantage

- Experience:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in cost management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

detailed cost plans, budgets, and estimates

BOQs, tender documents, and contracts

tendering, bid analysis, negotiations, and finalization

project costs, cash flow, and variations

value engineering

change orders, claims, and variations

design consultants, architects, interior designers, project managers, and site teams

procurement schedules

monthly cost reports, forecasts, and final accounts

company policies, contracts, and statutory requirements

financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of

    hospitality construction and interior fit-out costs

  • Expertise in

    cost planning, estimation, billing, and contract administration

  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel, estimation software, and ERP systems

  • Excellent understanding of

    materials, specifications, and market rates

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage

    multiple projects

    simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong reporting and documentation skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in

    luxury hotels, resorts, branded hospitality projects

  • Exposure to

    pre-contract and post-contract cost management
