The position involves working closely with the Community Manager (CM) and/or Assistant Community Manager (ACM) to ensure the effective execution and timely completion of routine operational tasks. You will play a critical role in managing all aspects of client interactions, from addressing queries to resolving issues, ensuring a seamless client experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for gaining a thorough understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational efficiency and adherence to company guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include profit center management, where you will regularly analyze the Average Seat Rate (ASR) and margins to identify improvement opportunities and ensure profitability. You will also monitor and manage operational expenses to remain within budgetary limits, driving cost-efficiency, and maintain high client retention rates by proactively managing contract renewals. In terms of community building and event management, you will strengthen the community by executing business-specific events as per pre-defined timelines and foster connections and collaboration within the client community to enhance engagement and retention. You will be expected to achieve above-target Client Satisfaction (CSAT) scores by delivering exceptional service and support and ensure that every member becomes a brand ambassador for Awfis through positive experiences and interactions. Vendor management will be another aspect of your role, where you will regularly evaluate and manage vendor performance to ensure timely and quality delivery. Facilities management tasks will include ensuring the center is well-maintained and operationally ready on a daily basis, overseeing the timely closure of repair and maintenance tasks to avoid disruptions, ensuring all compliance and safety protocols are followed rigorously, and working closely with senior teammates to understand and execute Environmental-Social-Governance (ESG) practices. You will also be expected to actively participate in and support all company-driven ideas and initiatives to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.,

Position Overview: Managing, assessing and processing Suppliers approval information. Reviewing/assessing the Approval form and consulting others as required including external parties. Ensuring Vendor Assurance reviews are completed on plan and in accordance with McCormick review standards and external certification requirements. Assessing compliance and safety of raw material/ packaging and working with Category Specialists to determine whether supplier specifications are compliant with McCormick standards; ensuring suppliers close gaps where non-compliance exists. Coordinating Non-Conformance process and Corrective and Preventive Actions with the Supplier and liaising with internal stakeholders as appropriate. Responsible for maintaining audit trail and communications during Non-Conformance processes. Regular communication with Category Specialists and Supplier Quality Managers to ensure team focus is aligned to business requirement. Providing data to category specialists to enable them to produce regular reports of key KPI. Individual contributor reporting to Manager QA and Supplier Quality. Rotating Shift. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Management - Supplier qualification, Arranging Raw Material documents and approval, Vendor performance. Vendor risk assessments, raw material risk assessments, management of RM/PM specification after approval. Interact with suppliers at any and all levels required to establish and maintain effective business relationships. Management of supplier issues and CAPA. Participate or lead the development of new or revised QA procedures as assigned by the Global Quality and Regulatory. Uploading of procedure, GMP audit report on Intelex. Maintain and distribute updated specifications for products as needed. Assist the Quality Team in determining the annual Quality Program training needs. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field. Min 2-year experience in Food Industry or similar area, preferably Vendor assurance. GFSI/ISO 22000 internal auditor. HACCP internal auditor.,

The role focuses on maintaining product quality, supplier performance, and adherence to sustainability goals. Responsibilities ? Quality Assurance (QA): a. Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems for briquette and pellet products. b. Conduct routine audits at processing plants to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, BIS, MoEFCC). c. Establish testing protocols for raw materials (e.g., agro waste, sawdust) and finished products. d. Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective action plans. e. Maintain records of QA documentation, inspection reports, and compliance certificates. f. Liaise with third-party testing laboratories and certification agencies. 2. Vendor Development: a. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors/suppliers aligned with Green Channel guidelines. b. Conduct technical and capacity assessments of vendors to ensure readiness for sustainable biomass fuel production. c. Develop vendor scorecards and conduct periodic performance reviews. d. Assist vendors in upgrading quality systems and production techniques to meet specifications. e. Support price negotiations and contract finalization with approved vendors. 3. Program Coordination: a. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of the Green Channel program. b.
