Job Description

Role & responsibilities Thorough understanding of Direct & Indirect costs and Price. Prepare Cost Estimates in line with scope withing stipulated timelines. Maintain accuracy of the Estimates without errors & omissions. Review / analyse quantities / costs based on KPIs, execution data, market trends, etc. Analyse Project Risks and quantify impact thereof. Prepare project cash flow analysis. Understanding of insurance coverages, Bank Guarantees, etc. Follow-up and co-ordination with other departments for bill of quantities and firming up costs. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) Experience: 10 - 15 Years Industry Specific: EPC Oil & Gas, Advanced Manufacturing like Electronics, Semiconductor, Battery Material Manufacturing Facilities and Foods & Pharmaceuticals Factories [EPC industry exp is must]
