Cost Controller

• Cost Planning & Budgeting
• Prepare annual budgets and project-wise cost estimations.
• Conduct profitability analysis for new and existing products.
• Cost Monitoring & Control
• Monitor actual vs. planned costs for all projects and manufacturing activities.
• Track variances and ensure adherence to cost targets.
• Technical Cost Analysis
• Perform technical cost analysis of products, parts, and processes.
• Support new product development (NPD) and sourcing teams through zero-based costing.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality.
• Financial Control & Compliance
• Prepare profitability sheets of purchase orders.
• Ensure stock confirmations, GSTR reconciliations, and audit support.
• Handle statutory compliance related to cost reporting.
• Supplier Cost Evaluation
• Verify supplier rates and quotations with technical costing methods.
• Conduct comparative cost studies and support negotiations with sourcing and purchase teams.
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Collaborate with Design, Production, Sourcing, and Quality teams to collect accurate cost data.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain detailed cost records, variance reports, and MIS.
• Provide timely updates and insights to management for decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
