Cost and Production Analyst (CPA)

In your role as a Cost and Production Analyst (CPA), you will be responsible for various tasks and responsibilities including managing the accounting team, analyzing product profitability and costing, controlling inventory and fixed assets, variance analysis, reconciliation of costs, and preparing financial reports. Your duties will also involve providing vital cost information to production and commercial functions, preparing quarterly and yearly projections, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring compliance with direct and indirect taxes. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in cost accounting with at least 7+ years of relevant post-qualification experience or 10+ years for semi-qualified cost accountants. Experience in a manufacturing plant, knowledge of statutory audit and tax audit, financial analysis, and controls are essential. You should possess excellent communication skills, be results-oriented, well-organized, and able to work with senior managers across the organization. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and GSuite is required, along with fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages.
