Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for engaging learners, delivering impactful training sessions, and driving continuous skill development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery:

  • Conduct engaging, interactive, and effective training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Deliver training programs across various domains including technical skills, soft skills, and industry-specific knowledge.

2. Training Design & Development:

  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials such as manuals, presentations, handbooks, and e-learning modules.
  • Customize training content to suit different audiences and align with organizational goals.

3. Evaluation & Feedback:

  • Assess participants’ performance during and after training sessions.
  • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve individual and team performance.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs using participant feedback and performance data.

4. Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with department heads to identify current and future training needs.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to design and implement learning and development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (mandatory).
  • Post-graduation in a related field or B.Ed (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, training, or facilitation roles.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for training are also encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to engage, motivate, and inspire participants.
  • Proficiency in using training tools, software, and technology platforms.
  • Analytical mindset for evaluating performance and preparing reports.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
