About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer – AI & Governance to deliver advanced training sessions to a team of senior data scientists (10–15 years of industry experience) in the banking sector. The focus will be on strengthening their expertise in AI model validation, governance, and risk assessment, with a special emphasis on regulatory compliance and emerging GenAI risks.

Who You’ll Train
A highly skilled group of senior data scientists working on banking use-cases, risk models, and advanced AI systems. The audience already has strong technical depth, so the training requires strategic, regulatory, and governance-focused insights beyond basic ML/AI concepts.

Training Scope (Indicative)

• AI Model Validation best practices
• Risk assessment across data, models, operations, and compliance
• Governance frameworks aligned with banking regulations (RBI, OCC, EU AI Act, etc.)
• Responsible AI practices, fairness, and bias monitoring
• Generative AI risks (hallucinations, adversarial misuse, copyright/IP, ethical concerns)
• Ongoing monitoring, controls, and audit readiness

Ideal Trainer Profile

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, governance, or model risk management
• Strong understanding of banking/financial services regulations
• Prior experience in corporate training, workshops, or executive education
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, model validation checklists, and GenAI risk controls
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for senior-level professionals
