Role Overview:

Garware College, Pune is inviting applications for a Visiting Faculty position to teach Business Communication and Soft Skills. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication training experience who are passionate about shaping students for today’s dynamic workplace.

Topics to be Covered:

• Verbal & Non-verbal Communication
• Email and Report Writing
• Presentation & Public Speaking Skills
• Interview Skills & Resume Building
• Teamwork, Time Management & Conflict Resolution
• Confidence building and Personal Branding

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Practical exposure to corporate communication and training.
• Prior teaching/training experience in communication or soft skills preferred.
• Ability to conduct interactive, activity-based sessions.

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Mass Communication, Psychology, HR, or related fields.
• Trainers with experience in finishing schools, corporate workshops, or academic institutions are welcome.

Commitment:

• 4–6 hours per week, flexible scheduling
• On-campus sessions only at Garware College, Pune
