Corporate Trainer

As an Employability Trainer with 5-6 years of experience in Sales/HR/Operations, your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing employability skills in young adults. You will leverage data-driven insights to shape the training content and methodology, ensuring that the sessions are engaging, interactive, and conducive to adult learning. Your focus will be on strengthening communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills among the participants. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and delivery skills, along with a knack for data interpretation. Previous experience working with young adults and a solid understanding of adult facilitation techniques are essential. A proven track record of delivering impactful training programs will be highly advantageous. Certification in Training/T&D and familiarity with industry-specific employability skills would be considered advantageous but not mandatory.
