Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Assistant Professor/Associate Professor in the Marketing Area, located in Ghaziabad. The role involves teaching postgraduate courses, developing course materials, conducting research, and guiding student projects. Faculty members are also expected to engage in departmental activities, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in academic advising. Collaboration with industry and contributing to the department's research output are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• As per AICTE/UGC Norms.
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of Analytics relevant to the field of Marketing
• Experience in Mentoring Students
• MBA 1st Division along with NET/ Industry Work Experience Preferably Ph.D. in Marketing or a related field
• Proven track record of research and publication
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging course material
• Commitment to contributing to both academic and practical knowledge
• Willingness to collaborate with faculty and industry professionals
