Role Overview: The Strategy Practice at Accenture Strategy focuses on addressing the CEOs" most strategic priorities by developing strategies at the intersection of business and technology to drive value, impact, and shape new businesses and operating models for the future. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with key global clients, driving transformative strategic value and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Mergers & Acquisitions: Support clients in their inorganic growth agenda by assisting across the deal lifecycle, including target screening, synergy assessment, due diligence, post-merger integration, and portfolio interventions. - Operating Model & Org Design: Collaborate with CEOs to design future-proof operating models that leverage transformational technology, ecosystems, and analytics. - Corporate Strategy & Growth: Accelerate measurable and sustained growth for clients by utilizing data-driven capabilities from strategy to execution. - Sustainability & Responsible Business: Assist clients in reaching their sustainability goals through digital transformation in collaboration with ecosystem partners.
