Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and mission-driven CSR Head to lead and execute our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy. The primary focus of this role will be preparing complete documentation, ensuring compliance with CSR laws and policies, and applying for CSR funding from various organizations and corporate entities. --- Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project files as per CSR Act norms and company-specific requirements. Identify potential CSR partners, donors, and companies. Develop, write, and submit project proposals and applications for CSR funding. Build strong relationships with corporates, foundations, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and documentation standards. Track and manage all fund-related activities and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to align CSR projects with organizational goals. --- Requirements: Proven experience in CSR fundraising, proposal writing, and compliance. Deep knowledge of CSR rules under Companies Act, 2013. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong documentation, project planning, and reporting abilities. Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently and on a commission basis. --- Compensation: This is a performance-based role. You will earn a fixed percentage of the total CSR funds raised. (Exact percentage to be discussed during the interview.)
