Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Develop and implement impactful CSR projects aligned with Wabtec's CSR policy and business goals.
Ensure legal CSR compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.
Manage the CSR budget, report expenditures, and ensure timely CSR-related payments.
Lead employee volunteering programs and communicate CSR efforts internally and externally.

Role Responsibilities:

Identify community needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders for impactful project development.
Manage CSR Committee approval and liaison with external stakeholders like NGOs and government agencies.
Review project progress, ensure strategic alignment, and provide operational guidance.
Prepare and communicate content for social media, newsletters, and annual reports highlighting CSR achievements.
