About TeamLease HRTech (https://hrtech.teamlease.com/) HRTech Business at the TeamLease group carries the responsibility for both digital transformation at TeamLease as well as growing its HRMS business line. The vertical is a key player in TeamLease efforts to improve its own margin profile at a group level. TeamLease leverages its zero-touch ATS, one-touch payroll, Regtech and the Edtech modules to support clients to run automated payroll, benefits, workforce management, and compliance operation with last-mile delivery capabilities. TeamLease is launching its next generation suite of an end-to-end, hire to retire, HCM/HRMS solution which will significantly strengthen and accelerate our trajectory while building further on our position as a significant player in the HR tech space. Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers who are passionate about starting a career in B2B sales and lead generation. You will be trained to generate leads, engage potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving targets in a fast-paced SaaS-based environment. Role & Responsibilities: Assist in executing lead generation campaigns using email, social media, content outreach, and other digital platforms. Research and identify potential clients in target industries. Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls (as required) to create interest and schedule introductory meetings. Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools accurately and regularly. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer profiles and tailor outreach efforts accordingly. Participate in training sessions to understand the product, market trends, and sales processes. Track outreach activities and share regular updates with the reporting manager. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for lead generation strategies.
