Enterprise Sales Manager (Healthcare)Role & Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise healthcare accounts: prospect, qualify, propose, close, and onboard.
  • Develop and execute territory and vertical GTM strategies to penetrate hospitals, clinics, and payer organizations across India.
  • Build trusted executive relationships and serve as primary commercial contact for strategic accounts to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical, product, implementation, legal) to deliver tailored proposals, pilot implementations, and ROI-driven pilots.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, managing pricing, SLAs, and compliance risk to protect margins and accelerate deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM; deliver weekly/monthly progress reports and win-loss analyses.
