As a Corporate Sales Manager - Events at the 12-year-old experiential marketing agency, your role will involve a unique blend of sales expertise and creative thinking. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, driving sales, and utilizing your creative skills for presentations and proposals tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies targeting corporate clients for various event services, including corporate events, conferences, product launches, and team-building activities. - Create and pitch innovative services and solutions customized to meet the business needs and objectives of each client. - Collaborate with senior leadership to establish sales targets and revenue goals specific to corporate clients. - Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers and marketing managers within corporate organizations. - Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, understanding their event requirements and providing personalized solutions. - Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process. - Create customized event presentations showcasing creative concepts and solutions aligned with client requirements. - Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and key deliverables, focusing on creativity and client objectives. - Identify potential corporate clients through research, networking, and referrals, and convert leads into long-term clients. - Track and report on sales performance metrics, lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets regularly. - Analyze market trends and client feedback to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities in the event industry. - Collaborate with event design and production teams to ensure event concepts align with client expectations and brand identity. - Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials reflecting creative concepts and vision for upcoming events. - Work closely with the event team to ensure a seamless experience for clients, from initial inquiry to event execution.
