Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with relevant businesses and brands for offline collaborations. Develop and execute strategies for brand expansion through retail tie-ups, event sponsorships, and co-marketing initiatives. Negotiate and close partnership deals that drive brand visibility and business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in potential partner companies. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and product) to ensure smooth execution of partnerships. Monitor partnership performance and optimize strategies for better results. Represent the brand at industry events, networking meets, and trade fairs. Requirements: Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (preferably in offline marketing). Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify market trends and leverage opportunities for brand growth. Willingness to travel for meetings and events as required.
