Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Engage with prospective buyers to identify their property requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget considerations, and guide them towards the most appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies designed to meet organizational objectives, enhance client acquisition, and achieve revenue milestones.
• Organize and conduct property presentations through on-site visits, virtual demonstrations, and one-on-one consultations, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of the options available.
• Perform in-depth market research by analyzing current trends, reviewing competitor offerings, and keeping track of pricing patterns to support informed decision-making.
