About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to drive corporate business for Wandr Hotels. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, building strong business relationships, generating leads, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities for Wandr Hotels.

Required Candidate Profile

• Conduct direct corporate visits to IT companies, MNCs, startups, and other organisations to explore accommodation requirements.
• Meet and build relationships with corporate HR, Admin, Procurement, and Travel Desk teams.
• Pitch Wandr Hotels' accommodation solutions to companies for their employees, business travellers, and visiting clients.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Understand corporate accommodation requirements and propose suitable packages and commercial arrangements.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close corporate business deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat bookings and recurring business.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned corporate sales targets.
• Share regular updates on client visits, meetings, lead generation, and business closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or serviced accommodation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in reaching out to corporate decision-makers, HR teams, and administration teams.
• Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business opportunities.
• Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
• Good presentation and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in hotel sales, corporate accommodation, travel management, or hospitality business development will be preferred.
• Should be confident in making outbound calls and conducting corporate client meetings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
