Job Description

Sales Associate – Manpower Outsourcing & Staffing

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and client visits.
Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients requiring manpower outsourcing and staffing solutions.
Understand client manpower requirements, job profiles, workforce volume, skills, and deployment timelines.
Prepare and present staffing proposals, commercial quotations, and service offerings aligned with client requirements.
Conduct meetings and presentations with HR, Administration, Procurement, Operations, and business decision-makers.
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely sourcing, screening, deployment, and replacement of manpower.
Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
Follow up on leads, proposals, negotiations, and commercial discussions to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate sales activities, client information, lead status, and follow-ups using CRM systems and regular sales reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for business growth and achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
