Job Description

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to develop corporate business and generate revenue across Delhi NCR.

The role involves identifying and acquiring corporate clients, building relationships with HR, Administration and Procurement teams, and promoting corporate events, employee engagement activities, team outings and group booking solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, field sales or business development, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, banquet, events or entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new corporate business opportunities through field sales, networking and direct client outreach.
• Acquire corporate clients and develop long-term business relationships.
• Connect with HR, Administration, Procurement and other corporate decision-makers.
• Promote corporate events, employee engagement programs, team outings and group booking packages.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate bookings and events.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Field Sales or Business Development.
• Proven experience in corporate client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong client handling, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable with daily field visits and travelling across Delhi NCR.
• Graduate preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:

• Hotel and Hospitality Sales
• Banquet and Wedding Sales
• Corporate Event Sales
• Event Management
• Family Entertainment Centres (FEC)
• Entertainment and Leisure Industry

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Salary up to ₹4,00,000 CTC per annum, depending on experience and interview evaluation.
• Performance-based incentives.
• Monthly travel allowance.
• Six working days with one rotational weekly off.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days preferred.
