Job Summary:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, or trade shows as required
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales (0-3+ years preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
