Java Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with Java programming language and related technologies. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications, components, and modules according to project requirements and specifications.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java programming language and related frameworks, libraries, and tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, architects, and product managers, to define and prioritize features, requirements, and deliverables for software development projects.

- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and reliability of Java code and applications.

- Optimize Java applications for performance, scalability, and security to meet business needs and objectives.

- Stay updated on Java development trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in Java applications as needed.

- Document code, design specifications, and technical documentation to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of software development activities.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role.

- Strong understanding of Java programming language, object-oriented design principles, and related technologies, such as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven.

- Hands-on experience with Java development tools and frameworks, such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, and Apache Tomcat.

- Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

- Problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in coding and implementation.

- Creativity and innovation in designing and developing Java-based applications.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
