About the job: This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive at 5D VDC Services, located in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and approach potential corporate clients 2. Promote and sell products or services to corporate customers 3. Build and maintain strong client relationships 4. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions 5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals 6. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets 7. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs 8. Handle client queries and provide after-sales support 9. Participate in industry events, seminars, and training programs 10. Proven sales expertise, particularly in the construction or technology sectors. 2. Strong communication and presentation skills. 3. Experience in client relationship management. 4. Knowledge of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an advantage. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
