Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through B2B sales of IT services and consulting solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new market opportunities, expand existing accounts, and improve overall sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and optimize sales processes.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B corporate sales or field sales within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software products/services offered by our company.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
