Job Description

Role Overview: As a Corporate Sales Executive at Embedtech Solutions, your main responsibility will be driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. You will need to develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with our product offerings. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in corporate sales, possess excellent negotiation skills, and be able to work independently. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the client base. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. - Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals beneficial for both the client and the company. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential new products or solutions to enhance our offerings. - Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting on sales activities. - Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met and develop customized solutions. - Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Skills required: - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and deliver effective sales presentations. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
