About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Handling: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. 2. Closing Orders: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to finalizing and closing orders. Negotiate terms and ensure all client requirements are documented and agreed upon. 3. Menu Creation: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop customized menus that align with client preferences, event themes, and dietary restrictions. Provide expert recommendations to enhance the client's event experience. 4. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution of their events.
