Job Description

Role & responsibilities Corporate Relations & Industry Tie-ups: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 and Tier 1 companies across multiple industries. Develop long-term corporate alliances for hiring, internships, live projects, and industry collaborations. Engage with CXOs, HR Heads, and Hiring Managers to create exclusive placement opportunities for students. Identify and onboard new recruiters to expand corporate engagement. Conduct corporate outreach programs, employer branding initiatives, and networking events. Key Competencies: Strong Corporate Networking & Business Development Skills Deep Understanding of Campus Hiring & Talent Acquisition Ability to Engage with Senior HR Leaders & CXOs Excellent Negotiation, Persuasion & Relationship-Building Skills Industry-Specific Knowledge (IT, ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, etc.) Strong Presentation, Public Speaking & Communication Skills Experience in CRM Tools, LinkedIn Outreach & Digital Networking Data-Driven Approach for Placement Tracking & Performance Metrics Preferred candidate profile 5-10 years of experience in: Corporate Relations / Business Development in Education, HR, or Recruitment industry Campus Hiring / Placements / Employer Engagement in Universities, EdTech, or Skill Development Sectors B2B Relationship Management with Fortune 500 / Tier 1 Companies Proven Track Record of: Successfully securing bulk hiring contracts with Tier 1 IT, ITES, BFSI, and Core Sector companies. Building relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders at top firms. Organizing high-profile campus drives, job fairs, and corporate networking events .
