Corporate Programs Analyst, AVP

As a State Street Markets Corporate Programs Analyst (AVP), you will work with business leaders and teams to facilitate Markets" participation in Corporate Programs. Your role will involve reducing administrative burdens and guiding business teams through frameworks, workflows, and processes in a consistent and risk-appropriate manner. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support Business Teams, Business Owners, and Executive Sponsors with corporate risk management program tasks. - Develop standardization across Markets" corporate risk engagements to ensure consistent risk measurement and appropriate treatment. - Act as a liaison between corporate program leads, business risk, information security offices, and business owners. - Identify redundancies, issues, anomalies, and areas of improvement in programs, and propose solutions. - Assist with procurement, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) risk assessments. - Review findings for risk programs, propose paths forward, and support timely remediation efforts. - Coordinate ongoing monitoring activities for high/very high-risk third-party engagements with Business Owners. - Collaborate with support teams for issue resolution and workflow progression. - Ensure timely documentation and submission of corporate program requirements, assessments, and issues. - Maintain accurate records in the Application Inventory Warehouse (AIW) to update Business Owners as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience in the financial services sector with a preference for Multi-National Banks background. - Previous experience in third-party risk management and/or procurement is highly valued. - Experience in information and business risk management. - Experience with Archer is a plus.
