Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets for corporate

gifting orders.

  • Lead Generation: Proactively prospect and generate new business leads within corporate

entities, including HR, Marketing, Procurement, and Admin departments in Bangalore.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from cold calls/initial outreach to

proposal negotiation and final closure.

  • Client Network: Develop and maintain a strong network of corporate buyers for repeat and

referral business.

2. Creative Consultation & Solution Design

  • Needs Assessment: Consult with clients to deeply understand the purpose of the gift (e.g., employee engagement, festival, client retention, brand launch) and the target audience.

  • Proposal Creation: Work closely with the internal Design Team to conceptualize and present customized gifting solutions, including product selection, branding mockups, packaging design, and budget breakdown.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of current gifting trends, materials (e.g.,sustainable, tech, handcrafted), and effective branding techniques (engraving, printing, embroidery).

3. Project Coordination & Account Management

  • Order Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the internal Production/Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of all orders, from design approval to timely, quality-controlled delivery.

  • Client Servicing: Manage key accounts post-sale, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction that fosters long-term partnerships.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client data, and forecasts using the company's system.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: Minimum 2 + years of proven experience in B2B Corporate Sales in Bangalore, with a strong preference for candidates from the Corporate Gifting, Promotional Merchandise, or Print/Packaging industry.


  • Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to think creatively and understand design aesthetics to translate client needs into a visual product.

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple complex projects

  • simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software is mandatory.


  • Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.

  • Mindset: A customer-first approach with a passion for high-quality design and delivering a memorable end-product.
