Corporate Director Operations and Brand Standards

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting Bungalow Operations and improving Brand Standards of ama Stays & Trails. Your main tasks will include assisting in the launch of new properties, reviewing financial performance, managing resources, ensuring adherence to SOPs and standards, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the launch of new properties by building trackers, SOPs, checklists, and providing training to ensure a seamless handover. - Review bungalow purchases to ensure adherence to budgets and brand standards. - Create annual revenue and budget plans, including marketing and employee budget, and review financial performance of each bungalow. - Manage and allocate resources to optimize costs and develop local supply chains. - Coordinate with Hub hotel General Managers for staffing processes and compliance with work processes. - Review arrival lists, revise SOPs based on feedback, monitor adherence to policies and procedures, and maintain trackers for brand standards. - Manage customer experiences, adhere to safety protocols, and report any emergencies or suspicious activities to the Hub Hotel General Manager. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's in Hotel Management (BHM) or MBA. - 14-16 years of work experience. - Proficiency in English.
