About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Communication Associate to strengthen our company's communication and PR function. This role will support media relations, corporate announcements, internal updates, and external communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and eager to build a career in corporate communication and public relations.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communication

• Draft corporate announcements, press notes, and responses for media queries.
• Assist in preparing internal communication, leadership updates, and company-wide messages.
• Maintain consistency in tone, accuracy, and alignment with company communication guidelines.

Public Relations & Media Coordination

• Liaise with media agencies and partners
• Prepare briefing documents, background notes, and talking points for leadership interactions.
• Support planning and execution of press events, interviews, and corporate initiatives.

Scheduling & Coordination

• Manage basic calling, follow-ups, and scheduling with external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely coordination between agencies, internal teams, and media representatives.

Corporate Social Media

• Manage updates for corporate handles (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), focusing on thought leadership, company news, and PR-related content.
• Monitor mentions and track corporate media coverage.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track PR performance, media coverage, and sentiment reports.
• Share periodic updates on communication activities and outcomes with the leadership team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, or related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate communication, PR, or media relations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Familiarity with MS Office and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
