From press releases to LinkedIn creatives, you’ll be the voice and visual storyteller of the brand. Key Responsibilities: • Write and design high-quality content for: Press releases LinkedIn posts and creatives Monthly newsletters Corporate announcements Articles for trade and business publications Own and execute Metrix’s PR efforts — identifying media opportunities, managing journalist outreach, and securing media placements. Create visually engaging content using tools like Canva or Adobe Express — no external design team support. Track performance of communication campaigns and PR efforts (especially on LinkedIn and media coverage). Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, journalism, or business content creation. • Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of B2B audiences. • Excellent English writing and editing skills. • Ability to design visually polished content independently using Canva or similar tools. • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work across departments and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Insights Communication & Sales Support Associate who can transform our industry-leading research into compelling communication while also supporting the sales team with structured planning, decks, and client engagement material. This is a dual-role opportunity where you will not only create thought leadership content but also enable the sales function with tools and resources that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Communication & Insights Marketing · Collaborate with Research Category Heads to extract insights and identify key market trends. · Translate complex data and findings into clear, engaging, and business-relevant communication. Ability to grasp and simplify technical/research-heavy material. Excellent command of English – both written and verbal.
