Core SME Loan Origination

As a knowledgeable and experienced LOS Business Consultant/SME, you will be a key player in implementing LOS banking software solutions for one of our clients, specifically focusing on the Origination space. Your main responsibilities will include: - Being the primary point of contact for various stakeholders such as Business stakeholders, Delivery squads, Design & Development teams. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives, ensuring clear documentation in epics/User stories signed off by relevant parties. - Providing expertise in LOS functionality related to client requirements, especially in the loan origination space. - Collaborating with internal teams to successfully implement and integrate LOS with other systems. - Assisting Design/Development teams in configuring and customizing LOS platform to meet client needs and enhance user experience. - Preparing Training materials/Operating manuals for business users on the new system/architecture. - Supporting other delivery squads by providing timely inputs on LOS deliverables/functionalities. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate: - Business/functional expertise in the corporate lending space. - Experience working on LOS platform, particularly in the Origination space. - Ability to make informed decisions, prioritize requirements, and validate them with stakeholders. - Close collaboration with Product Owner, Design Team, and delivery squad to resolve design challenges. - Strong Banking domain expertise acumen to align with business needs and goals in the LOS platform. Qualifications required for this role: - 8-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years as SME/BA in LOS implementations. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Ceremonies. - Strong experience in managing Business stakeholders and their requirements. - Track record of delivering complex requirements in LOS projects. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. - Prior Banking experience in Ireland/UK markets is an added advantage.,
