As a knowledgeable and experienced LOS Business Consultant/SME, you will be responsible for implementing LOS banking software solutions for our client, focusing on the Origination space. Leveraging your strong background in financial services, you will streamline processes and optimize operations to meet the client's needs effectively. Your main responsibilities will include being the primary point of contact for various stakeholders, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, and ensuring that these requirements are clearly defined, well-understood, and properly documented. You will provide expertise in LOS functionality, collaborate with internal teams for successful implementation and integration, and support in configuring and customizing the LOS platform. Additionally, you will prepare training materials and operating manuals for business users, support other delivery squads by providing timely inputs, and demonstrate your expertise in the corporate lending space. Your experience in delivering major functionalities in the lending domain, particularly in the Origination space, will be crucial in making informed decisions, prioritizing requirements, and validating them with stakeholders. To excel in this role, you must have 8-10 years of overall experience with at least 3+ years as an SME/BA in LOS implementations. You should be well-versed in Agile methodologies, have experience in managing business stakeholders and their requirements, and a track record of delivering complex requirements in LOS projects. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, and prior banking experience in Ireland/UK markets would be advantageous.,
