Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Core Java Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for creating learning materials, conducting classes (online/offline), evaluating learners, and ensuring strong understanding of Java fundamentals and real-time applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on Core Java concepts, including OOPs, collections, exception handling, multithreading, JDBC, and Java I/O.
• Develop and deliver interactive training content, assignments, assessments, and real-time coding exercises.
• Prepare learners for interviews, certifications, and real-world project environments.
• Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest Java technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Support students with doubt clarification, hands-on practice, and project guidance.
• Create and maintain training documentation, course materials, and learning resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience in Java development or prior experience as a trainer.
• Knowledge of IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, NetBeans.
• Familiarity with JDBC, JUnit, Git, and basic SQL.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners effectively.

Good to Have

• Experience with Advanced Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, or Microservices.
• Knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Experience delivering online training sessions.
• Java-related certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Programmer).

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹38,789.09 per month
