Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the copywriting team, ensuring high-quality and strategically aligned content across campaigns and platforms.

  • Oversee the ideation and development of compelling copy for high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels.

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, creative directors, campaign managers, and design teams to shape and execute content strategies.

  • Guide the creation of persuasive headlines, body copy, scripts, and long-form content that resonate with diverse target audiences.

  • Conduct and review research on brands, competitors, and industry trends to ensure relevant and impactful messaging.

  • Manage the proofreading and review process, maintaining brand voice consistency and quality standards.

  • Provide mentorship, direction, and constructive feedback to junior and senior copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

  • Lead content strategy discussions, client presentations, and internal brainstorming sessions, clearly articulating creative concepts and strategic thinking.

  • Monitor performance of content initiatives and optimize messaging based on insights and feedback.
