Key Responsibilities: - Write long-form content for our blog, PR, and guest posts to support our editorial calendar. - Collaborate with other marketers to create short-form content for the website, social channels, advertising, landing pages, and campaign assets. - Work closely with functional teams to understand the product, customers, and market trends. - Identify customer needs and content gaps, suggesting new topics. - Promote blog content, infographics, etc., on community forums, content marketing platforms, and social media. - Edit, proofread, and enhance other writers" content. - Optimize content for SEO. - Engage actively in Community Engagement to support product promotion. - Coordinate with regional content writers for content translation, adaptation, and distribution for regional websites/campaigns. Bonus Points: - Previous experience working and writing content for SaaS or product-led companies. - Proficiency in working with the WordPress platform. - Ability to create images/graphics using Canva for content requirements.
