Role Overview

We are looking for a Copywriter – Brand & Storytelling who can give our restaurant brands and upcoming hotel brand a strong, emotional, and consistent voice.

This is not a generic social media writing role.

This role is about storytelling, brand voice, and content thinking, especially for Instagram-first formats like reels, episodes, founder-led stories, and series.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Voice & Storytelling

Develop and maintain a distinct brand voice for each brand

Ensure brands do not sound repetitive or generic

Translate brand emotion, culture, and philosophy into words

Copywriting & Content Writing

Write:

• Reel hooks (first 1–2 seconds)
• Instagram captions
• On-screen text ideas
• Founder-led storytelling content
• Episode prompts & conversation flows
• Create semi-scripted formats for episodic content (not rigid dialogues)
• Creative Collaboration

Work closely with:

Founder

Creative team

Photographer & videographer

Provide narrative direction for shoots and episodes

Campaign & Series Support

Support menu launches, festivals, collaborations, and brand campaigns

Develop content ideas for reels, stories, episodes, and series

Skills & Experience Required

• 3–6 years experience in copywriting / content writing / brand writing
• Strong Instagram-first storytelling understanding
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, food, or luxury brands (preferred)
• Excellent command over English (Hindi understanding is a plus)
• Ability to think emotionally, not just descriptively
• Comfortable writing for founder-led and conversational formats
