As a Copywriter at Scroll Mantra Private Limited, your role will involve creating compelling and engaging copy for various digital and social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with the creative team, account managers, and clients to develop brand messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation: - Write clear, creative, and persuasive copy for social media posts, ads, campaigns, blogs, and website content. - Develop engaging content that aligns with the client's brand voice and tone. - Create SEO-optimized copy to improve organic search rankings where necessary. - Craft taglines, headlines, and copy that enhances social media visuals and videos. - Social Media Strategy Support: - Collaborate with the social media strategists to develop content that supports broader social media strategies. - Research and understand target audience preferences, trends, and insights to guide content creation. - Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas, hashtags, and social media concepts. - Campaign Development: - Work on paid media campaigns, developing copy for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and other platforms. - Assist in the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints. - Brand Consistency: - Ensure consistency in messaging across all social media and digital platforms for each client. - Work with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure copy and visuals are cohesive. - Editing and Proofreading: - Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and spelling. - Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines and is error-free before publication. - Client Collaboration: - Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and deliver copy that meets those objectives. - Present and explain copywriting concepts to clients, offering rationale behind creative choices. - Performance Analysis: - Analyze the performance of content and campaigns, using data to refine and improve future copy. - Work with the social media team to assess engagement metrics, including CTRs, likes, shares, and comments, and adjust copy accordingly. - Trend Monitoring and Adaptation: - Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and emerging content strategies. - Adapt copy and communication styles based on evolving trends and client needs. - Project Management: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of copy and meeting deadlines. - Work closely with account managers to prioritize and balance workload across various clients.
