You will be responsible for developing high-conversion ads and scripts for lead generation in both static and video formats to drive user engagement. Your role will involve ideating and scripting content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Meta, and other social media outlets to enhance engagement and virality. It will be essential to write engaging and trend-driven scripts for videos and ads that resonate with target audiences and align with brand goals. Furthermore, you will oversee content scheduling to ensure timely and consistent delivery across multiple platforms. Collaboration with the marketing and creative teams will be crucial to ensure content alignment with overall brand goals, product messaging, and marketing strategies. Tracking content performance, analyzing results, and implementing changes to optimize engagement and conversion rates will also be part of your responsibilities. You will utilize AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency and speed up content production and project turnaround. Conducting thorough research and analysis of industry trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms will be necessary to continuously improve content quality and relevance. Crafting both short- and long-form content for internal and external communications, maintaining clarity, and aligning with the brand tone and messaging will also be expected. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills with the ability to adapt to various content formats and target audiences. A deep understanding of social media trends, content strategies, and marketing fundamentals is required, along with a proven track record of creating resonant content. While a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Journalism is a plus, it is not mandatory. A passion for content consumption, staying up-to-date with digital media trends, and familiarity with platforms like Instagram and YouTube are essential. Experience in creating short-form content, including reels, shorts, ads, YouTube videos, etc., will be advantageous for this role.,
